新聞動態 電機系統節能仍是發展大趨勢

電(dian)機系統節(jie)能(neng)也是大勢所趨。為提升(sheng)能(neng)效(xiao)等(deng)級,工信部今(jin)年(nian)6月份公布了(le)電(dian)機能(neng)效(xiao)提升(sheng)計(ji)(ji)劃(2013-2015年(nian)),到2015年(nian),實現電(dian)機產品(pin)升(sheng)級換(huan)代(dai),50%的低壓三相籠(long)型異步電(dian)動機產品(pin)、40%的高(gao)壓電(dian)動機產品(pin)達到高(gao)效(xiao)電(dian)機能(neng)效(xiao)標準規范(fan);累(lei)計(ji)(ji)推廣高(gao)效(xiao)電(dian)機1.7億(yi)千瓦(wa),淘汰在用低效(xiao)電(dian)機1.6億(yi)千瓦(wa),實施電(dian)機系統節(jie)能(neng)技改1億(yi)千瓦(wa),實施淘汰電(dian)機高(gao)效(xiao)再制(zhi)造2000萬千瓦(wa)。

  但是(shi)(shi)僅僅用(yong)(yong)高(gao)效電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)替(ti)換普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)對整個電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)能效果(guo)提(ti)升并不明顯,整個電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)能才是(shi)(shi)真正的(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)能。因此(ci),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi),伺服(fu),逆變(bian)器(qi)和專用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)驅動大量用(yong)(yong)在風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、泵、壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、升降(jiang)(jiang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)焊機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、空調壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、洗(xi)衣機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和冰箱壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)中。變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系統節(jie)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)主力,節(jie)能主要(yao)表現在風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、泵類的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)上(shang),采用(yong)(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)后,可以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)降(jiang)(jiang)低供電(dian)(dian)(dian)頻(pin)(pin)率來降(jiang)(jiang)低泵或(huo)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速,隨著(zhu)轉(zhuan)速的(de)(de)(de)(de)降(jiang)(jiang)低,功(gong)(gong)率會快速下降(jiang)(jiang)。同時變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)通(tong)常采用(yong)(yong)交-直-交變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式,交流(liu)異(yi)步電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)吸收(shou)滯后的(de)(de)(de)(de)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)網而(er)言,功(gong)(gong)率因數也有了一(yi)定提(ti)高(gao),總體上(shang)節(jie)約(yue)了一(yi)部分電(dian)(dian)(dian)網輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)(guo)程中損耗(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能。

  而變頻器,伺服驅動,逆變器和(he)專用(yong)控(kong)制器中的(de)IPM模塊,IGBT和(he)MOSFET對節(jie)能降耗(hao)起到關鍵性作用(yong)。客戶(hu)對這些功(gong)率(lv)器件(jian)要(yao)求(qiu)也越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)多,比(bi)如要(yao)求(qiu)更低的(de)產(chan)品成本、更緊湊的(de)封裝(zhuang)尺寸、更好的(de)散熱性能,對功(gong)率(lv)器件(jian)的(de)多樣化(hua)也提出要(yao)求(qiu),比(bi)如低功(gong)耗(hao)器件(jian)、緊湊設計的(de)大功(gong)率(lv)器件(jian)、低壓大功(gong)率(lv)器件(jian)、大電流高(gao)電壓器件(jian)等(deng)等(deng)。
