新聞動態 變(bian)頻器對電機(ji)的(de)保護措(cuo)施(shi)

    過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、欠電(dian)(dian)壓保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)流保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、缺相保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、反相保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、過(guo)(guo)負荷(he)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、接地保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、短路保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)、超頻(pin)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)和失(shi)速保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)。通過(guo)(guo)設置(zhi)變頻(pin)器(qi)參數(shu)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)壓、頻(pin)率等數(shu)值進行限(xian)定(ding),逾(yu)越限(xian)定(ding)值變頻(pin)器(qi)動作,停止電(dian)(dian)機(ji)運(yun)轉從而對(dui)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu),通過(guo)(guo)變頻(pin)器(qi)上(shang)的(de)毛病代碼(ma)可以查明(ming)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)原(yuan)因。

  1.過(guo)電壓保護:

  變(bian)頻器(qi)的輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)有電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)檢測功用,變(bian)頻器(qi)能(neng)自(zi)動調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),使電(dian)(dian)機(ji)不接受(shou)過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。即使在輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)失效和(he)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)逾越正常電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%時,變(bian)頻器(qi)也會通(tong)過停機(ji)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)起 到保護效果(guo)。

  2.欠(qian)電壓保護:

  當電機的(de)電壓低(di)于正常電壓的(de)90%時,變頻器保護停(ting)機。

  3.過電(dian)流保護:

  當(dang)電(dian)機的(de)電(dian)流逾越額定(ding)值的(de)150%/3秒鐘,或額定(ding)電(dian)流的(de)200%/10微秒,變頻器通過(guo)停機來保護電(dian)機。

  4.缺相保護:

  監(jian)測輸出電壓,當輸出缺相時(shi),變(bian)頻器報警,一段時(shi)間后變(bian)頻器通過(guo)停機來保護電機。

  5.反相保護:

  變(bian)頻器可以(yi)設(she)定(ding)使電機只能沿一(yi)個方向(xiang)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),無法設(she)定(ding)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)方向(xiang),除(chu)非用戶改動電機A、B、C接線(xian)的相序,否則(ze)沒有反相的或(huo)許。

  6.過負荷保護:

  變頻(pin)器(qi)監測電機(ji)電流,當電機(ji)電流逾越(yue)額定電流的(de)120%/1分鐘時(shi),變頻(pin)器(qi)通(tong)過停機(ji)來保護電機(ji)。

  7.接地保護:

  變頻器(qi)(qi)配有專門(men)的接地(di)(di)保護(hu)電(dian)路,一般由接地(di)(di)保護(hu)互感器(qi)(qi)和繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)構成,當(dang)發生(sheng)一相或兩(liang)相接地(di)(di)時,變頻器(qi)(qi)報警。當(dang)然假如(ru)用戶要求,咱們也可(ke)以(yi)設計(ji)為接地(di)(di)后(hou)立即保護(hu)停機
