高(gao)壓電(dian)機的(de)功率大,抗沖擊才(cai)干(gan)強,毛病是慣性大且啟動跟(gen)制動艱苦,那(nei)么,在實際利用時,高(gao)壓電(dian)機的(de)轉速(su)可能的(de)起(qi)因(yin)有(you)哪些呢(ni)?


高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)念頭是(shi)指額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)在1000V以(yi)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)念頭。三相(xiang)異步電(dian)(dian)動機轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)低于旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)磁場的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子繞組因與磁場間存在著相(xiang)對(dui)運動而產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)動勢和電(dian)(dian)流,并與磁場相(xiang)互作用(yong)產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)磁轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju),實(shi)現能量(liang)變換。其擁有(you)結構簡單(dan)、運行可靠、價格便宜等(deng)優點。常(chang)利用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)6000V跟(gen)10000V電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因為(wei)國(guo)外(wai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)網不同(tong),也有(you)3300V跟(gen)6600V的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級(ji)。

 

造成高壓電機轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)慢的(de)(de)可(ke)能起因(yin):假(jia)如電源電壓重大(da)不均(jun)衡,可(ke)找電力部分(fen)處理。電機廠家(jia)通過上述分(fen)析可(ke)以(yi)總結(jie)出電動(dong)(dong)機工作原理為:當(dang)電動(dong)(dong)機的(de)(de)三相(xiang)(xiang)定子(zi)(zi)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(各(ge)相(xiang)(xiang)差120度(du)(du)電角(jiao)度(du)(du)),通入三相(xiang)(xiang)對稱交(jiao)流電后,將產生一個旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang),該旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)切割轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu),從(cong)而在(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)中產生感(gan)應電流(轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)是閉合通路(lu)(lu)),載流的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)導(dao)體在(zai)(zai)定子(zi)(zi)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)作用下將產生電磁(ci)(ci)力,從(cong)而在(zai)(zai)電機轉(zhuan)(zhuan)軸上形成電磁(ci)(ci)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩,驅動(dong)(dong)電動(dong)(dong)機旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),并且電機旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)方向與(yu)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)方向相(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)。三相(xiang)(xiang)異步電動(dong)(dong)機轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)低于(yu)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)因(yin)與(yu)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)間存在(zai)(zai)著相(xiang)(xiang)對運動(dong)(dong)而產生電動(dong)(dong)勢(shi)和電流,并與(yu)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)作用產生電磁(ci)(ci)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩,實現能量(liang)變(bian)換。其擁有結(jie)構簡單(dan)、運行可(ke)靠、價(jia)格便(bian)宜等優點。假(jia)如電機內部匝間短(duan)路(lu)(lu),找著故障點進行處理。必要時可(ke)考慮重繞(rao)。

 

假如三相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流基本均衡(heng),則起因(yin)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)低或(huo)轉(zhuan)子斷(duan)條。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機轉(zhuan)得慢且無力。這種故障假如是(shi)(shi)單相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)念頭,這很有(you)可能是(shi)(shi)運行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容容量(liang)變小了或(huo)有(you)略微短路景(jing)象。判斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容是(shi)(shi)否(fou)短路除了用萬用表(biao)丈量(liang)之外(wai),還(huan)可能用手摸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容的方法:溫(wen)度假如很高,說明電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容有(you)短路景(jing)象應(ying)當調換(huan)。假如溫(wen)度畸形則比手溫(wen)略微高一點。 其次還(huan)得檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)連接線有(you)不(bu)松動或(huo)接觸不(bu)良。輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)否(fou)偏(pian)低?假如是(shi)(shi)三相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)念頭除了檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)否(fou)偏(pian)低外(wai),還(huan)需檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)三相(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)均衡(heng)。在消除上述(shu)兩(liang)項因(yin)素之外(wai)。也(ye)可能用手摸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機溫(wen)升的辦法。

 

當負載(zai)很輕且在(zai)較(jiao)(jiao)短(duan)的(de)(de)時光(guang)內(nei)電(dian)機(ji)溫度(du)升得很高,則(ze)可(ke)能是匝間(jian)短(duan)路(lu)。 另外還可(ke)能用(yong)鼻子聞(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa),進一步(bu)判斷(duan)匝間(jian)短(duan)路(lu)。打開電(dian)機(ji)接線(xian)蓋,切斷(duan)電(dian)源,用(yong)鼻子湊近接線(xian)柱處,假如聞(wen)(wen)到有焦糊味的(de)(de),同(tong)時電(dian)念頭(tou)溫升較(jiao)(jiao)快(kuai)的(de)(de),則(ze)判斷(duan)為三相(xiang)匝間(jian)短(duan)路(lu)。 此外,三相(xiang)電(dian)念頭(tou)的(de)(de)鼠籠環脫焊,硅鋼片疊片重大扭曲(qu)等(deng)也會引起這種(zhong)故障,但這種(zhong)故障產生(sheng)概率較(jiao)(jiao)低
